Delete

Select the objects you want to delete from your scene and click on the delete icon. You can also use the Delete key on the keyboard to delete objects.

Cut, Copy, Paste

To cut, copy and paste you can press the corresponding button or use Control+X, Control+C and Control+V respectively. (Use Command if you're on a Mac)

You cannot copy form objects in a scene or between different scenes.

When copying objects between scenes, the object will be placed in exactly the same position in the new scene. To copy objects between scenes you can also drag an object to the correct scene in the scene manager.

Lock, Unlock

To lock an object to the stage, you select the object and press Lock. You will not be able to select, move or perform any kind of adjustment on that object. This could come in very handy when there are a lot of objects in the scene and you wish to avoid selecting and editing the wrong objects.

To unlock all objects in the current scene, press Unlock.

Swap Image

You can swap one clip for another using this feature. Clicking the Swap Clip button will bring up the Library where you can choose another clip. This can be particularly useful if you have set motions and effects on a clip and want to replace it without having to re-set the effects and motions.
