The Email Response add-on is available for all accounts. It enables you to send out automated replies by e-mail to the visitor. With this add-on the visitor can, for example, get a confirmation by e-mail after a report or order has been received by you.

With the help of the built-in editing tool, such e-mails can be redirected and formatted according to your exact requirements. By using special field codes in the text you can make the e-mail more personal. These field codes correspond to the names on the form fields. One example:

Hi {FirstName}!
Thank you for your request.

The text {FirstName} corresponds to the form field with the same name and will be replaced by what the user types in for their name.
