Introduction
The Projects section is where you'll find all
your saved and published projects. Projects which you're working on
but haven't been published yet are located under the Saved
tab. Your published projects are located under the
Published tab.
Saved
Under this tab, projects can be opened for preview or editing,
or be deleted. You can also set some project settings, such as name
and description in the Settings dialog. You
can also generate a preview script for use on your
site. This can be useful to test how to add your Yooba Studio
project to your site without publishing it first.
The preview script is only valid for 24
hours and will show a demo overlay on your project. This overlay is
not visible when your project is published.
Published
Before you can add your project to your website, it has to be
published. For published projects, you use slots.
A slot is a 'holder' in which your project exists when it's
published. The slot can contain more than one project, but only one
is visible at a time. You can control which project should be
visible and when through the use of the
Schedule.
Modifying a published project
When you modify a published project in Yooba Studio, a
modified version will be created. This way, you
don't have to worry about making changes in a project that is live
on your website, but can instead make the changes and evaluate
them. When you're satisfied with your changes, simply click the
Go Live button to make the changes visible in your
live project.
