Introduction
When you have published a project, you can start tracking and
evaluating the information it's collecting. You can, for instance,
see the accumulated data and statistics for the project. This is
done in Collected Data and Statistics.
Here you can find reports for the data that has been collected
from visitors to your project. Collected data is only available if
your project contains forms. Here's an example of how one of these
reports might appear:
There are three types of report, which are shown in separate
tabs: reports that have been created automatically for your
published projects, custom-made reports, and reports for saved (but
not yet published) projects.
Published Projects
Here you can find reports for your published projects,
containing all the data that has been gathered from them.
Custom Reports
You can create your own reports that show exactly the
information you want through the Create custom data
report function. Here you can choose to include
collected data from one or more projects and choose which of the form fields you
want to include in the report.
Saved projects
Here you can find reports for projects that have been saved but
which have not yet been published. When the project is published
the report moves to the tab Published
Projects.
